
“Diversity in creation and interreligious harmony and peace”, was the topic of the presentation of Imam Laiq Ahmed Atif, President Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Malta representing the Islam-Ahmadiyya at the ‘Interfaith Celebration of Creation event’, organised by the Environment Commission for the Catholic Dioceses of Malta and Gozo, at the Church of St Mary of the Angels at Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq, Malta, on 20 September 2024.


The multi-faith event was aimed to foster mutual respect, understanding, and harmony among various religious traditions present in the country. The event marked a small step in the global interfaith dialogue by bringing together diverse religious perspectives and understandings. In this multi-faith gathering, leaders from various faiths and communities delivered their talks and presentations. The well attended event was followed by a reception where presenters and the audience had further opportunity to engage in informal discussions and dialogues.
