Community outreach and charitable activities

Over the past few months, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community has continued its social and charitable initiatives with dedication and compassion. During Ramadan 2025, the Community donated microwaves and juicers to the Migrant Families Centre in Ħal Far.

To mark Eid-ul-Fitr, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community celebrated with refugee families residing at the Ħal Far Family Open Centre (HFO). The event was filled with warmth and generosity, as members shared delicious food and drinks with the residents.

On the occasion of Eid-al-Adha, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community hosted a celebration with the residents of Dar il-Liedna in Fgura on Sunday, 8 June 2025, bringing traditional cuisine and festive spirit to the gathering.

In July, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community also contributed its support to the Dar tal-Providenza Volleyball Marathon.

In support of education, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community donated essential stationery items to refugee students living in the Ħal Far Hangar Open Centre (HOC). This thoughtful gesture aims to ease the burden on refugee families and ensure that children are well-equipped to actively participate in their education.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community also extended its outreach to elderly residents by visiting Vivan Care Residence in Gzira. As part of this initiative, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat Malta made a heartfelt donation of basic everyday necessities to support the well-being of the elderly.
